Many folks collect items that are symbolic of Texas. So, I thought it would be fun Georgia to see if my Caraway readers could identify some of those symbols. Now don’t cheat and look them up. and Pottsboro (426). Howe’s basketball and baseball district is not divided between divisions which allows for healthier competition in their new district 11-3A. Teams include Bonham (499), Pottsboro (426), Gunter (323), Bells (277), Whitewright (277), Blue Ridge (261), and Leonard (250).
In football, Howe has never played Winnboro or Mount Vernon. The Bulldogs only matchup with Mineola was in 2016 when Howe lost 21-7 to the eventual state champions.

Howe’s new basketball district is similar to the 2018-19, 2019-20 district and much more competitive than the football district.

We are very excited about the growth of feed my sheep inc. Not only have we been able to expand our client distribution times to now include the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. But our weekend backpack Ministry has grown greatly too.
Our ministry partners at FBC Howe Cindy Shelley and her team on Fridays have been a blessing for our clients. Along with backpacks for our Howe ISD students this ministry under Chris Max's direction and partners from Community Bible Fellowship Church, The School Zone Academy has made it grown to assist over 50 students in our district.
Recently Angela Moreau and a team of Wee Care school moms (pictured above) pre-packed over 170 backpacks for us. This is so much appreciated and a huge blessing for our ministry to the If you find your family, small group, church Sunday school group, men's bible study group, motorcycle riding friends or whoever it may be that has a desire to serve together and work on any of our distribution days. Some jobs are simply sitting and praying, others are carrying out groceries, computer use, or stocking shelves.
Join us any first and third Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon and second and fourth Fridays from 3 pm to 6 pm, or unloading the North Texas Food Bank food trucks on Thursday mornings at 10 am.
