Howe 3rd and 4th lose heartbreaker in Super Bowl, 6-0
The 3rd and 4th grade Howe Bulldogs (8-2) would made their way to the Super Bowl on Saturday and took on a good Tom Bean Tomcats team (9-0) on Saturday in Sadler, Texas The Bulldogs would come out and move the ball on the Tomcat defense which had not given up a score since the third game of the season The Bulldogs stalled out on the ten yard line and turned the ball over to the Tomcats Tom Bean would use the next quarter and a half to move the ball to the end zone and take a 6-0 lead to the half
Howe shut down the Tomcats on the next series and again moved the ball with tailback Braden Ulmer and wideout Maliki Daily, but again would stall in with inside the 10 yard line where the Tomcats would run out the clock and win the title

The Bulldogs would end the season with 8-2 record with both losses being to Tom Bean 7-6 in the first meeting and 6-0 in the second
