Rivard is Firefighter of the Year

Mike Rivard, longtime member of the Howe Volunteer Fire Department was honored at Tuesday's City Council meeting with the 2015 Volunteer Firefighter of the Year for the Howe organization Howe Fire Chief Robert Maniet said that Rivard went above and beyond and is always there and can be counted on
