Howe Chamber to announce Norma J. Wallace Citizen of the Year

The Howe Area Chamber of Commerce has purchased a plaque that lists all of the Citizens of the Year going back to the first class in 1985 In later years, the award was renamed the "Norma J Wallace Citizen of the Year" The announcement will be made at the Annual Hall of Honor Award Ceremony on May 6, at 6:30 at the Howe Development Alliance office.

Former recipients were: 1985 - Marshall Robertso, 1985 - James Chisum, 1985, G T "Mack" McDonough, 1985 - Price Hanning, 1985 - Mamie Gee, 1986 - James Ogle, 1987
