Scott Renfro resigned his seat on the board due to moving out of the district. However, since the school board election is within

180 days, the ISD will not fill his seat Based on the “Holdover Doctrine” cited in Legal Policy BBH, he is allowed to continue to serve until the election

The board discussed several facility improvements, and are moving forward with plans to replace/resurface the west driveway at the elementary/middle school campus, expand the parking at the high school, and construct a new Animal Project Center at the high school, which will include new hog and cattle barns.
