"TP&L agreed to make the cross boards and put them up and wire the poles for us " said Bledsoe "On the last pole, Dewayne Hull went back up on a pole after they had already finished and tested them I don't know why he went back up there He was electrocuted (long pause) That liked to kill my soul " "He had a wife and a young boy" said Blesdoe "That was an awful thing He was one of the two that had done all of that for us for free It still haunts me " nearly 15 years ago with new chain link. Bledsoe's old backstop was replaced around that time, however, the time has come again to spruce up the old ball field.
