The Howe Police Department had one 'Use of Force' incident in June in which a taser was used to subdue a suspect who forcefully resisted arrest The use of force was in compliance with department policy

The department did not have any civil seizures in June. However, they received notice that the civil seizure on a 2000 Honda Civic is complete and have since listed it with Public Surplus for auction.
