The Lady Bulldogs (15-3) defeated Ferris, 58-35, last Monday in the Sherman tournament. Howe's Riley Harvey led all scorers with 29 points. Her eight rebounds also led Howe Alissa Smith added 13 points while Peyton Streetman knocked down six points and four assists
On Monday afternoon, Howe defeated Class 5A Fort Worth Eastern Hills, 65-51 with Harvey once again leading all scorers with 20 points It was also her ninth double-double of the season thus far Other scorers were Darci Foster with 10 and Smith had nine Foster also had three steals while Smith had four rebounds and four steals. Harvey had failed to reach the 20-point mark only six times in the team's 20 games.

The Lady Bulldogs were deafeated by Class 4A's 4th ranked Celina on Tuesday by a score of 84-43 Both teams have their eyes on Austin at the end of the year, but the jump in classification was too much for the Lady Bulldogs in this game continued on Page #12
