This week, there was very little news to report in the town of Howe, TX. In the grand scheme of things I see that as a positive. Bad news in the media seems to be present everywhere, and can be found without even looking for it. I feel it is something to appreciate that in the little bubble that is Howe, Texas currently, the biggest news we have going is the upcoming Christmas Parade.
Today is the day Summit Hill Elementary works on their Christmas lists to Santa Clause. We will be continuing the tradition this year of sharing those lists as they are received throughout the month of December!
Also, don’t forget. There are angels on the BulldogAngel Tree at all four campuses.Angels can be adopted and signed out at the front office. Wrapped gifts are due back to the campus you adopted from by Monday, December 15th!
It is not too late to register to be in the Christmas Parade at Howechamber.com
Kiddos and parents can meet at Summit Gardens following the parade for pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
I hope everyone has a wonderful first week of December. If there are any holiday events you would like to see advertised in the paper, email us! We had a new holiday event submitted this week by CBF on Page 7! Check it out!
