Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.

The Glynn Team In 20 years of marriage, we have bought and sold 8 homes as a couple- we've moved across the street and across the country. Prior to that, Ben moved 11 times and Tracy 15! Whatever you're going through, we get it! We're kind of experts on this whole moving thing. From condos to townhomes to new construction to fixer uppers to charming (old) homes, we understand every move is different and want to help our clients make the right move for them. We have over 10 years new construction experience. We know what to look for and how to represent you in your new construction purchase.
We moved to St Johns five years ago. We have put our two children through the St Johns County school district. We chose St Johns primarily because of the excellent schools. Our daughter is a junior studying communications and advertising at UNF; and our son works at the Jaguars stadium in the luxury suites~ our family has put down deep roots in this community. Before we moved to Jacksonville, we owned a boutique real estate brokerage in WI. Although we were born cheeseheads, we've been following and cheering for the Jags since they were established in 1996- excited to see them progress from laughable to Super Bowl contenders! Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5.
