5 million of additional CARES Act Funds added to program after approval from Mayor Sylvester Turner and Houston City Council (Ordinance 2020-777)

October 19, 2020

Recovery and Resiliency Technical Assistance component of the program begins. Second half of funds distributed to businesses upon completion of required webinars

November 4, 2020

Second $5 million of additional CARES Act Funds added to program after approval from Mayor Sylvester Turner and Houston City Council (Ordinance 2020-944)

December 2, 2020

$10 million of additional CARES Act Funds added to program after approval from Mayor Sylvester Turner and Houston City Council (Ordinance 2020-1029)
