The HCHSA, in partnership with Rockstar Energy Bike Park, has made a generous donation of 50 BMX-style bikes and helmets to the local community. These bikes, provided by world-renowned manufacturer DK Bicycles, and helmets from Fly Racing, will give young people in the area an opportunity to participate in the sport of BMX racing. The donation is in conjunction with the 2023 BMX Lone Star Nationals, which were hosted February 10-12 in Houston.
The HCHSA is committed to improving the lives of residents through sports, and this donation is just one of the ways they are helping to achieve that goal. The Rockstar Energy Bike Park, which is one of the largest and most unique parks in the world, is dedicated to promoting BMX racing in the Houston area. With the addition of these new bikes and helmets, underprivileged youth will be able to try their hand at BMX racing and get involved in the exciting world of BMX.
