Official Merchandise
An official merchandise tent will be placed next to spectator bleachers facing the field.
Concessions
Food will not be available for spectators on-site. Spectators can bring outside food to the venue.
Awards
Awards will take place in front of the school and directly across the field on the last day of competition for field hockey.
Results
Results will be posted and managed through an app called Tourney Machine.
Lost & Found
All lost items will be sent to the ticketing tent near the field. It will be open and accessible during posted registration hours. Lost items will be donated after the last day of competition on August 3. AAU and the Houston Local Organizing Committee are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Medical
Medical staff will be onsite and available in a tent located next to the volunteers' tent and the field. If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest uniformed medical staff member or security personnel.
Credentials & Ticketing
Wristbands or credentials are required at all times for guests to enter each venue. Those without the proper event wristband or credential will not be admitted into the venue. Damaged or lost wristbands are not valid for entry or exchange.
ATHLETES & COACHES
• Athletes and coaches will receive wristbands or credentials upon registration check-in. Wristbands or credentials must be worn throughout the entirety of the event. If a wristband or credential is lost, another must be purchased at the regular admission cost. With your credential or wristband, you will receive admission to all competition venues. Separate wristbands are required for the Celebration of Athletes.
SPECTATORS
• Spectators can purchase wristbands at ticket booth locations per day for $20. Event passes are available for $50. Admission is free for kids ages 3 and under.
Parking Instructions
Since there is ongoing construction at Episcopal High School athletes and spectators will need to follow the directions below:
• Enter the facility off the 610-feeder road.
• Upon entering, turn right immediately to head to the parking garage.
• Anyone can park in the parking garage or use the uncovered lot.
• After parking, you will see directional signage to take you to the competition field.
• Follow the directional signage until you make it to the field.
