Official Merchandise
A merchandise table will be located along the walkway to the bleachers from the lobby near the spectator bathrooms and the concessions stand.
Concessions
A concession stand will be located right of the lobby, next to the bleachers.
Awards
The awards will take place in the small parking lot behind the facility. The area will be coned off, and this space will be strictly reserved for awards.
Results
Unofficial results will be posted and managed on the Meet Mobile app. Official results will be posted near the official merchandise table and restrooms.
Lost & Found
All lost items will be sent to the ticketing area in the lobby of the venue. It will be open and accessible during posted registration hours. Lost items will be donated after the last day of competition on August 3. AAU and the Houston Local Organizing Committee are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Medical
Medical staff will be onsite and available on the pool deck near the hospitality and locker rooms. If medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest uniformed medical staff member or security personnel.
Credentials & Ticketing
Wristbands or credentials are required at all times for guests to enter each venue. Those without the proper event wristband or credential will not be admitted into the venue. Damaged or lost wristbands are not valid for entry or exchange.
ATHLETES & COACHES
• Athletes and coaches will receive wristbands or credentials upon registration checkin. Wristbands or credentials must be worn throughout the entirety of the event. If a wristband or credential is lost, another must be purchased at the regular admission cost. With your credential or wristband, you will receive admission to all competition venues. Separate wristbands are required for the Celebration of Athletes.
SPECTATORS
• Spectators can purchase wristbands at ticket booth locations per day for $20. Event passes are available for $50. Admission is free for kids ages 3 and under.
