LA VISTA POINTE LIGHTHOUSE

THIS ICONIC ALL-STONE structure stands 160’ tall with a 42’ base diameter and 4’ thick limestone walls. The site is at the north end of Lighthouse Pointe adjacent to the south end of the Nueces Causeway Bridge. The lighthouse has a positive impact on individuals and communities as it welcomes them to Corpus Christi as a gateway symbol of strength, ingenuity, orientation, peace, and longevity. As the first structure that residents and visitors see as they approach Corpus Christi from the north on US Highway 181, the lighthouse tower serves as an unforgettable obelisk in a revitalized coastal setting.

Designed in 2019 and completed in 2022, the lighthouse tower is an effective means of accomplishing the goals of clients. Winner of the 2023 Golden Trowel Award.
