LGBTQ+ Lawyer Ben Aderholt, Who Called Federal Judge Erica Hughes An Animal, Recently Divorced His Black Husband
BBy now, I’m sure you’ve heard all about how Federal Immigration Judge Erica Hughes made quick work of Judge Mike Engelhart back on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the Democratic Party Primary race for District Judge, 151st Civil District Court, in Harris County, Texas – right?
If not, as a refresher, the race between Judge Hughes, and Judge Engelhart was never close Judge Hughes dominated Judge Engelhart in all three phases of what many thought was going to be a competitive race, but in the end turned out to be a lopsided beatdown In case you haven’t
seen the results, Judge Erica Hughes received 92,606 votes, for an astonishing 60 91% of the vote, while Judge Engelhart only managed to garner 59,440 votes, for a measly 39 09% of the vote
2024, as Judge Erica Hughes was dominating Judge Mike Engelhart at the early voting polls, Attorney Ben L Aderholt, got really – and I do mean really – upset
I kind of felt sorry for Judge Engelhart after watching him run through parking lots clamming for any vote he could find during the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD” which began on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and ended on Friday, March 1, 2024, in Harris County, Texas
In my mind's eye, I can still see images of Judge Engelhart running through the parking lot of the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center, Bayland Park, and the Sunnyside Multi-Service Center (yes Sunnyside) during the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD” wondering to myself – “What in the hell is this dude doing?”
For all of that running through parking lots, Judge Mike Engelhart only received 31,244 votes during the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD” while Judge Erica Hughes received 45,627 votes
I guess the beatdown that Judge Erica Hughes was putting on Judge Mike Engelhart ruffled the feathers of one of Judge Engelhart’s ‘racist’ donors How can I make this claim? Well, where have you been? Haven’t you heard about the white LGBTQ+ Attorney, by the name of Ben L Aderholt, and the letter he sent directly to Judge Hughes – referencing her by her first name? Well, at the beginning of the second week of the “EARLY VOTING PERIOD” on Monday, February 26,
“Who do you think you are,” the letter he sent to Federal Judge Erica Hughes began But he wasn’t done – if Aderholt had stopped there, he may have been okay, but he didn’t
Aderholt continued, “Running against a Democrat, a highest-rated judge by the Houston Bar Association, Mike Engelhart ”
“As a Democrat, at some point you must grow some integrity and say I will not inflict pain on a competent well respected Democrat judge,” the LGBTQ+ Attorney continued
I wonder how many other folks there are out there who feel like sitting African American members of the judiciary are animals “Political animals who treat our judiciary as political games should be soundly defeated,” Aderholt continued
Boy was he wrong But I guess, the beatdown Judge Erica Hughes put on Judge Mike Engelhart at the polls could qualify as going “BEAST-MODE” on his a$$
In that sense, I guess LGBTQ+ Attorney Ben L Aderholt, should have referred to Judge Erica Hughes as “THE QUEEN” of the political jungle, instead of referring to her as a political animal
“This predatory behavior among Democrats makes our judiciary a ridiculous farce of musical chairs and it must stop,” the LGBTQ+ Attorney continued
“It’s very disheartening, in 2024, I receive letters like this calling me an animal, calling me by my first name. Democracy is what this country was built on I served in the military, so I can run as a judicial candidate in a free country, as long as I’m qualified.”
CONTINUED FROM PAGE 6
To try and clean things up, Aderholt closed out his letter by stating, “This is not about race or color but valuing a human being who is a dedicated public servant and who is doing his job very well ”
After the damning letter became public, the Coats/Rose Law firm swiftly fired the LGBTQ+ Attorney Ben L Aderholt However, none of the local media outlets who covered this story mentioned the fact that this LGBTQ+ Attorney Ben Aderholt was recently divorced from his African American husband
Was the swift firing of Aderholt a feeble attempt to avoid a fallout between Blacks and the LGBTQ+ Community?
We may never know the answer to the aforementioned question; but in the spirit of public interest and concern, my investigative team and I did a little digging of our own
Just so you know, the LGBTQ+ attorney Ben L Aderholt recently got divorced from Daniel Latrel Charles – his African American husband For the record, our boy ‘Ben L Aderholt’ filed for divorce on January 10, 2022, and his marriage has successfully been dissolved
Was LGBTQ+ attorney Ben L Aderholt having flashbacks related to his failed marriage to a Black man when he sent Federal Judge Erica Hughes that “DEEPLY TROUBLING” letter back on Monday, February 26, 2024, during the early voting period?
I guess, at the end of the day, the reasoning behind why a white LGBTQ+ attorney (Ben L Aderholt) would feel that he has the authority to treat an African American female Federal Judge (Erica Hughes), with such disdain and disrespect is a much deeper issue, which must be addressed at some point very soon
“THE BL ACK JUDICIARY.”
To be brutally honest, Judge Erica Hughes being treated with disrespect by a white LGBTQ+ attorney, really shouldn’t be all that surprising to anyone After all, ever since “THE BLACK GIRL MAGIC” phenomenon swept through Harris County, Texas, back on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, in the historic “2018 MIDTERM ELECTION” things just haven’t been the same around these parts
If you think back with me for a second, before 2018, when “BLACK GIRL MAGIC” took America by
storm, nobody was saying anything about “JUDICIAL QUALIFICATIONS” or passing laws aimed specifically at one group of people – African Americans
So, in a sense, while “THE BLACK GIRL MAGIC” phenomenon was a history-making milestone for African Americans, it also made Black members of the local judiciary targets
What most folks don’t know about people like the LGBTQ+ attorney by the name of Ben L Aderholt, and our LGBTQ+ District Attorney Kim Ogg, is that they are two of a kind
There’s a very good reason why (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), and some of the members of her administration have been working tirelessly to discredit “BLACK JUDGES” and purge them from local judicial benches, in recent years
“Since March of 2019, Kim Ogg and her political cronies launched an all-out white liberal attack on Black Judges,” said Attorney “Downtown” Oliver Brown
According to Attorney “Downtown” Oliver Brown, “Her flunky
ADAs have been reporting Black Judges to the Texas Judicial Ethics Commission every time they fail to get a ruling that is favorable to the State ”
“Kim Ogg has teamed up with the Houston Chronicle and ABC 13 to falsely report why bonds are being set low for violent offenders,” explained Attorney “Downtown” Oliver Brown
He went on to say, “The white liberal media intentionally reports the names of Black Judges in headlines to cause embarrassment and damage to their reputation ”
Make no mistake about it, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), appears to be as ‘racist’ as they come
And beyond being a racist, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), is not a Democrat – she’s a (DINO) “Democrat In Name Only” just like her deceased father (State Senator Jack Ogg) was considered to be ‘conservative Democrat’ back in the old days
In my opinion, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), lost her way after the passing of her father What you have to remember about her relationship with her dad, is that she would not do anything with him – but you don’t have to take my word for it
“(Kim Ogg) would not do anything without her dad They are pretty tight,” said Rice University political science professor Bob Stein, in a story published in the Houston Chronicle at the time of her father ’s passing at 84 years of age
Another thing you have to remember about (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), is that she loved her dad (State Senator Jack Ogg) dearly, and he served as her treasurer for several years However, he died back on Saturday, March 3, 2018, which was only three days before the March 6, 2018, Democratic Party Primary took place in Harris County, Texas
Anyways, rather than making her family proud, by winning a third term, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), suffered an embarrassing defeat in her reelection bid – one that has disgraced her entire family
I’ve been trying to tell anyone who would listen to me that (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), was part of a “RACIST SHADOW CAMPAIGN” that worked against “BLACK DEMOCRATIC JUDGES” and other African American judicial candidates back during the infamous Tuesday, November 6, 2022, Midterm Election
In the end, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), got exactly what she deserved on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the race for Harris County District Attorney – a blowout loss
As a refresher, (KKK) Kimbra “KIM” Kathryn (Kim Ogg), could only
muster 41,777 votes, for a measly 25 01%, while her Democratic challenger Sean Teare received 125,234 votes, for 74 99% of the vote
Now, Sean Teare, the Democratic nominee for District Attorney will need a lot more than 125,234 votes if he plans on emerging victorious on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, when he faces off against Dan Simons, who ran uncontested in the Harris County Republican Party Primary
More importantly, even though Dan Simons was running uncontested in his party primary, an astonishing 145,008 votes were still cast for him in the race for District Attorney Comparatively speaking, only 125,234 votes were recorded for Sean Teare in the “SUPER TUESDAY” Democratic Party Primary
Democrats have some “SEROUS SOUL SEARCHING” to do in Harris County, Texas, between now and Tuesday, November 5, 2024 What am I talking about?
Well, Democrats are going to have to unify their party and inspire their base to turn out and then vote for all of their candidates irrespective of their ethnicity
“Vote BLUE No Matter Who ”
And above that, the LGBTQ+ Community is going to also do some “SOUL SEARCHING” of their own
Someone had better tell leaders in the LGBTQ+ Community that they had better come to grips with the fact that African Americans as a community/voting bloc, are not going to sit back and allow them to systematically target our people
In closing, once again, “DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRIMARY VOTERS” have given their overwhelming stamp of approval to a large contingent of “BLACK JUDGES” and “JUDICIAL CANDIDATES” which should bode well for the entire slate of Democratic nominees come Tuesday, November 5, 2024, when they face off against their Republican rivals, in our beloved Harris County, Texas
