These redistricting maps reveal a clear indication that the power structure for CD-09, CD-18, AND CD-29 will shift during the 2026 Midterm Election cycle if the new maps are instituted. After studying the maps and the voting precinct breakdowns, it appears that "THE GOP" isn't necessarily discriminating against any particular ethnic group, but rather opening up opportunities for "A NEW GUARD," or group of leaders, to seize control of CD-09, CD-18, and CD-29, and snatch it away from "THE OLD GUARD," which has controlled the Congressional Districts for too long. In other words, it appears that President Trump isn't trying to take away history, but instead, is dismantling the existing political regimes and forging a path for new leaders to emerge during next year's 2026 Midterm Election.
