COLLAGEN IS A KEY COMPONENT TO THE HUMAN BODY HEALING PROCESS. OUR PROPRIETARY MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND MACHINERIES ARE DESIGNED TO PRODUCE COLLAGEN PRODUCTS VIRTUALLY IDENTICAL TO HUMAN COLLAGEN. WE MARKET OUR PRODUCTS AS KOLLAGEN™ .
• KollagenTM contains functional proteins specific to tissue regeneration and thus is ACTIVE in the healing process.
• Collagen’s triple-helix form is crucial for wound healing because it maintains stability and biocompatibility while providing a natural scaffold for cell growth and retaining moisture.
• Other collagen products provide ONLY a moist environment via inert materials and thus are PASSIVE in the healing process.
• Also, when collagen is hydrolyzed, its triple-helix structure breaks down into smaller peptides, reducing its stability and scaffolding capabilities.
Kollagen™ is applied directly to the wound in sheet or powder form. Wounds heal faster and with less infection and scarring.
Dr. Jain and his team designed the first machines and perfected the mass production of Kollagen™ at low cost and high efficiency.
HBS’s products are currently used in over 6,000 hospitals, wound care centers, and nursing homes and over 20,000 private physician practices in the USA. These private practices range from individual practitioners up to groups housing as many as 700 doctors each.
Shreds of bovine hides are processed using our award-winning, patented process. The addition of our Chemical Z™ and our proprietary freeze-drying process lead to the end product. Our vertical operation has low raw product costs and higher margins.

Medifil® II is Kollagen™ in particle form. The particles have a high surface area, allowing them to effectively penetrate and deliver the maximum amount of Kollagen™ into the wound surface.
SkinTemp® II is Kollagen™ in sheet form. The dressings are porous collagen membranes which are designed to be permeable and breathable, with fluid control similar to skin. They are flexible, pliable, elastic, and durable for ease of application.
Collatek® Gel is Kollagen™ in a viscous gel form. It encourages healing by donating moisture to the wound. Wounds heal best in a moist wound environment. Can be used with our Medifil II® collagen particles in hard-to-reach areas.
Cellufil® is Kollagen™ in particle form, which makes it a highly flexible option. Cellufil® sprinkled into cuts and oddly shaped wound surfaces. The small particles are like microscopic sheets that ensure collagen will be donated to every open surface it comes in contact with.
Cellusheet® is Kollagen™ in sheet form, which lays perfectly onto flat, shallow wounds. It can be cut or ripped to fit the size exactly. The sheet can be tucked underneath an edge or in a small tunnel. Cellusheet® is permeable, breathable and can absorb drainage while not sticking to fragile new tissue.
KOLLAVET® II
Kollavet® II Collagen Particles deliver the maximum amount of KollagenTM filling irregular shapes and depths and more complicated injuries.
Kollavet® collagen sheets are soft, flexible, pliable, elastic, and durable for ease of application on flat shallow open wounds.
