Multhana Property Services provide landscape construction across South East Queensland, specialising in small to largescale projects ranging from major highways and rail networks, to construction, defence and the education sectors. We partner with our clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are understood and can be delivered with efficiency and professionalism. From our initial conversation right through to project handover, we offer effective communication and ensure timelines are met. What sets us apart? Multhana is an Indigenous owned company, with a strong focus on sourcing locally for both labour and supplies. Not only do we have extensive knowledge of the native flora and fauna within South East Queensland, we employ locally so we can utilise the knowledge and experience of our team members, to deliver the quality services our clients expect. As a fully resourced and equipped facility services organisation with over 200 employees, Multhana offers a ‘one stop shop’ for landscape construction and other commercial facility services. Our extensive support includes qualified personnel with experience across a broad range of sectors, and a highly successful governance structure, led by Indigenous owner and Managing Director Joseph Wallace, and supported by our General Manager, division managers, safety, compliance, ICT, administration, finance, and marketing departments. Our diverse and inclusive workforce, dedicated work ethic, and professional service offering ensures a collaborative and innovative approach to every project we deliver.

Health & Safety The safety of our employees, clients, and site visitors is our number one priority. All works are carried out in accordance with site-specific safety standards. We employ the zero-harm and ‘work safe, home safe’ approach across our business operations, whether on a construction site or in an office environment. All Multhana employees are: •

Project Delivery Multhana is a fully resourced and structured organisation, with over sixty years combined experience in delivering high quality landscape construction projects. Our Landscape Services Manager, Construction Manager, and Site Supervisors bring with them decades of experience in Queensland landscape construction, while our office provides ongoing support with a dedicated Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor, Helpdesk, Accounts department, and Administration team. Our extensive support network provides an extra level of service and professionalism to each project we deliver.
Experienced Teams Our teams are fully qualified and equipped with the machinery, tools, resources, and knowledge required to ensure safe and productive project delivery. Multhana strives to self-deliver whenever and wherever possible. The majority of our services are provided by our own employees, with minimal use of sub-contractors.

Case Study: Kingaroy Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1 & 2
A functional and aesthetic outdoor space for hospital patients, visitors, and staff; the newly transformed outdoor area provides visual appeal in line with the major hospital redevelopment. Client: Broad Construction Project Indigenous workforce: 50%

Case Study: Lilly Pilly Place Amphitheater Courtyard
From an unused lot, Multhana created an amphitheater courtyard with seating and a terraced landscape, and a maintenance program for the new Herston Health Precinct.

Case Study: Aspley State High School
The Aspley State High School development, including building a music centre and a $12 million-dollar multi-purpose sports hall, sees Multhana providing a visually appealing landscape to complement the new buildings, which have been designed to make the most of the school’s green and outdoor spaces. Case Study: Greenslopes Private Hospital
As part of the hospital’s $72 million expansion, the landscape construction package included sustainability and ecosystem targets for the building. Multhana’s green space assists the build in meeting these targets and provides a visually appealing outlook for visitors and patients alike. Client: John Holland Project Indigenous workforce: 37%
Scope: • Profiling and preparation of garden beds • Supply and planting of all trees, grasses, shrubs, and bushes • Supply and install concrete garden edging • Remediation of existing batters and garden beds as per landscape drawings (including weeding, mulching, and remedial planting) • Importation of soils, gravels, mulches, and all other nominated substrates • Clearing and grading of the site for gravel pathway • Protection of existing trees • Provision of ongoing maintenance

Multhana assists our clients to meet their RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) and QIPP (Queensland Indigenous Procurement Policy) obligations, while providing quality and competitive business project outcomes.
