Our Building Process RYCON Constructions make the building process an enjoyable and hassle-free experience for you, whether you have plans and are ready to build, or you would like a full design and construct solution. We provide a fixed price contract with no hidden costs, and work with you to ensure we build to your budget.
Ready to Build If you have your home or renovation plans ready, we can work directly with your architect or building designer. We can also manage the entire project for you, if you prefer.
Design & Construct Our complete design and construction solution sees your build from start to finish. From the initial inspection of your build location, to collaborating with an architect or building designer who shares your vision, to lodging your development application and completing the construction of your dream home.

Our History RYCON Constructions was founded in 2003 to deliver excellence in luxury home builds and renovations. As one of Queensland’s leading specialist builders, we ensure quality in everything we do, from using high end materials, to employing a carefully selected team of building experts. Having completed over 250 projects to date and winning more than 12 State and National building awards, RYCON Constructions draw architects and clients who desire excellence and quality in their project. Our clients entrust us to make their dream home a reality. Through Director, Gerard Ryan’s experience and leadership, along with highly competent staff and tradespeople, RYCON Constructions consistently produce high standards of work, regardless of the site conditions or building designs required.

Gerard Ryan, Director With a passion for innovative architecture and construction, RYCON Constructions founder and Director, Gerard Ryan, is often described by clients as someone who always understands exactly what they are wanting to achieve. Gerard started his building career as an apprentice at Lendlease, going on to work with some of Australia’s largest construction companies and being involved in landmark Brisbane and overseas projects. After completing his Associate Diploma in Building, Gerard found his niche building architecturally designed luxury homes.
