Cancellation And Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

If you wish to return goods, you must contact us by e-mail at customercare@hottubsuppliers.com quoting your order reference number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The amount refunded will less any debit or credit fees accrued during the purchase plus the transport cost.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: (i) in the event that the product has been used (ii) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
