Complete & Comprehensive Hot Tub Warranty
The Hot Tub Suppliers range of multiple award winning luxury hot tubs are built to last for many years, but to give confidence to our product & the quality of the HTS spas range, we can offer the complete warranty package.

Each Hot Tub Suppliers hot tub includes the following standard warranty.
5 Years Warranty On Construction 3 Years Warranty On The Shell Surface 2 Years Warranty On Electrical & Plumbing 1 Year Warranty On Head Rest, Spa Covers & Steps 1 Year Warranty On Sundry Hot Tub Components
5 Years Warranty On Construction Hot Tub Suppliers warrant the construction of the hot tub for 5 years.
3 Years Warranty On The Shell Surface * Hot Tub Suppliers warrant the shell surface against water loss of the hot tub caused by defects in material, including cracks, blisters & peeling for a period of 3 years.
2 Years Parts Warranty On Electrical & Plumbing Hot Tub Suppliers warrant all the major spa components such as the electrical and plumbing areas for a total of 2 years with the first 12 months also including labour.
2nd year labour cost is £99 for an engineer call out.
This does not include LED lights where we will send the part with instructions to reconnect the light.

12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty On Head Rest, Spa Covers & Steps Hot Tub Suppliers warrant the spa cover & headrest plus steps to be free of defects at the time of delivery.
12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty On Sundry Hot Tub Components Hot Tub Suppliers warrant all other spa components such as Jets, LED lights, fuses, control panel, wifi, audio player & speakers for a total of 12 months after purchase of the hot tub.
Conditions Of Warranty
All warranties apply to the original customer.
This warranty does not include costs incurred by the use of a non authorised engineer by Hot Tub Suppliers.
The claim form allows us to diagnose the problem & troubleshoot.
If in need of further action, Hot Tub Suppliers will contact & arrange engineers to visit your property as soon as a fault is diagnosed but cannot guarantee the time scale of the visit due to different customer locations.
If we make a call out & the engineer feels the call out is unwarranted, then the charge will be relayed back to the customer for the engineers time & fees of £99.00
All problems must be reported to hot tub suppliers by submission of the Warranty Claim Form
All repair work will be carried out on the hot tub with easy access to the 4 sides of the hot tub, we expect all hot tubs to be ready for repair in this condition.
If the hot tub is underground or against a wall or fence or another obstructing object, please ensure the hot tub is ready to be seen & inspected.

It is the responsibility of the customer to prepare the hot tub for the engineer with the maintenance area within easy access.
All warranties are excluded if the hot tub is not serviced at least once a year by an HTS appointed spa engineer
Warranty Exclusions
*All warranties are void if the spa has been subject to: Chemical misuse & imbalances. Alterations or modifications not authorised by Hot Tub Suppliers. Attempts to repair the spa not authorised by Hot Tub Suppliers Incorrect use of the hot tub. Faults caused by incorrect electrical installation Faults caused by running the spa dry Faults caused by filling the spa incorrectly Faults caused by ice in the spa Faults caused by incorrect winter preparation. Any hot tub using multifunctional chlorine tablets/trichlor products. No part of the hot tub is warranted against chemical damage; this includes but is not limited to deposits of limescale on the spa shell or spa components. Correct chemical treatment is the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage arising from the use of unauthorised sanitisers such as trichlor, acids, calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, peroxides, any sanitizing chemical that may remain undissolved on the spa surface.
This warranty does not cover misuse from incorrect PH levels with causes corrosion and damage to the shell surface and parts.
Spa covers are not warranted against chemical burns & damaged caused by misuse.
The spa shell and components are not covered against any defects incurred if the customer does not use the spa cover while the spa is not in use.
The headrests and pillows must be removed when the spa is not in use; any damage caused to the pillows & headrests through misuse is not covered by warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper & misbehaviour in the hot tub.
This warranty shall be void if the spa is not serviced once a year by a HTS appointed spa engineer.
