2. we, the Hotel Klosterbräu Seyrling GmbH, assume no liability for health risks of the participants of events organized by the Hotel Klosterbräu, Seyrling GmbH. Our employees take the greatest possible account of the individual requirements of the participants. However, it is the responsibility of the respective participants to have their state of health checked by a doctor beforehand, if necessary, and to only take part in events in accordance with the medical advice given. However, we always ask that you carry out a self-assessment as to whether the activity offered or chosen corresponds to your physical requirements.
3. in particular, the participant of an event organized by Hotel Klosterbräu, Seyrling GmbH waives any right of action or recourse against Hotel Klosterbräu, Seyrling GmbH or against one of its vicarious agents as well as the owner of the property on which the event is held in connection with accidents, property damage and personal injury suffered, unless the accident or the property damage/personal injury is demonstrably due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Hotel Klosterbräu, Seyrling GmbH or one of its vicarious agents.
