After two years of intensive work, we did it.

We were determined to use our melted chocolate and not resort to just powder. Selecting a clean vodka base really let’s the chocolate take centre stage, rather than sharing it with the stronger flavours of whisky used by virtually all other cream liqueurs.

As seen on TV! BBC Studios filmed the whole adventure behind this creation - the setbacks, the triumphs, the (very) funny bits. It will be broadcast soon and we will be sure to let you know when it’s scheduled.

Every fold and larger than life feature was first hand-carved in chocolate.

In a bound, our pup was 3D-scanned and cast in 40% milk.

Can you resist those puppy dog eyes?

After a short introduction with glass of Prosecco in hand, you’ll mingle with the other guests – numbers are limited so it’s an intimate, VIP experience – guided by your host as you consider the flavour profile of the evening’s focus.

As glasses are emptied and chocolates nibbled, you’ll be taken on a journey of cocoa discovery.
