Cocoa growing on our own estate in St Lucia

A passion for CoCoA at the rabot estate on the island of St Lucia we’re doing something that very few chocolate makers do – we grow cocoa. It’s the very origin of chocolate and getting this close to it is where our passion has naturally taken us.
