MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
What are the minimum order quantities for custom products?
• UID: Personalisation can be added to any inline stocked product with a minimum of 1 piece. Setup fees and charges apply.
• Full Custom: For fully customised products including fabrics, logos, trims, and zips the minimum order is generally 500 pieces per product. This allows full design flexibility and manufacturing customisation.
PRODUCTION TIMING
How long does it take?
• UID Application: A simple logo application on a stocked product typically takes 10–14 working days.
• Full Custom: From concept to delivery, the process can take up to 150 days. This includes design, sampling, approval, production and order consolidation. We’ll work with you to manage timelines and meet your project’s needs.
