Chronic pain is a prevalent clinical and societal problem affecting
millions of people daily. Both patients and health care providers alike continually seek knowledge and insight into the constructs of pain, in hopes of providing sustainable relief to those who suffer. Developing workable and balanced treatment models of care is the challenge we face. The focus of this program is to provide the attendees with current information about specific pain syndromes, some of the current treatments available and what that means for the patient experiencing chronic pain.
