Type PD 6000

Sweet pepper decoring machine The PD-6000 sweet pepper decoring machine can be operated by one or two operators simultaneously.

The maximum capacity of the machine is approximately 6,000 units per hour. Sweet peppers with a cross section of 55 mm up to and including 120 mm can be processed. The machine is fitted with the unique Intelligent

Customized Decoring速 system. Irrespective of the size of the sweet pepper, this guarantees a perfect end product that is almost entirely free from loose seeds. If required, the sweet pepper can be divided into two or four segments. The machine is also suitable for dividing and decoring apples, tomatoes and onions.

Type SMM 7200

Semi-automatic dividing machine The SMM-7200 dividing machine is used for dividing sweet peppers into segments. ‘Sharp shape’ as well as what is known as ‘rough cut’ are possible.

The specially designed blade sets means that almost every size and shape is possible. Because the SMM-7200 uses CPS technology® (Continuous Processing System) the machine is

virtually maintenance free. The machine has a capacity of approximately 7,200 products per hour.

The SMM-7200 is also suitable for dividing tomatoes, onions and aubergines and various types of fruit.

Type MVC 4000

Sweet pepper cutter and shredder By using the Multipurpose Vegetable Cutter it is possible to cut sweet pepper rings and shreds with ease. Depending on the product to be processed,

the Multipurpose Vegetable Cutter has a capacity of up to 4,000 kilograms per hour. The major advantage of the Multipurpose Vegetable Cutter is that multiple attachments and no less than 10 different cutting blocks are available. This means that the Multipurpose Vegetable Cutter can be used for a wide range of processes on a variety of vege­tables.
