Back in 1989, snowboarding was new, weird, fresh and on fire. It was a definite rebellion against the established team-sport mentality. When Stew Carlson started quoting his Grandmother's expression "That's horsefeathers Stewart!", meaning "That's nonsense!”, an idea was born.
More than 30 years later, some people still think snowboarding is nonsense. Being snowboarders, we love to do many not so usual activities during the spring/summer months. We keep on riding sideways while skateboarding, wakeboarding or surfing. We push the limits while sending it down the woods on mountain bikes. We love exploring the world with crazy cars, motorcycles, camper vans, through bikepacking or simply, just backpacking. Some of these activities may seem like nonsense to the majority of the society and we are fine with that! It's our creative lifestyle rebellion against the mainstream mentality.
