2025-2026 2025-2026

DearBlueJay,

Hopkins Dining strives to provide a dining program that meets the needs of all students. This guide provides the tools needed to navigate our dining halls.

DID YOU KNOW?

Hopkins Dining employees are trained in AllerTrain Allergen Education programs to ensure that they understand the severity of allergens and execute allergen friendly food preparation. If you have an allergen, you may request a food item that is being served from the kitchen to reduce the risk of cross-contact.

Allergen Best Practices

1.Register your food allergies with Student Disability Services.

2.Familiarize yourself with Nutrislice menus and menu boards.

3.Carry food allergy emergency medications at all times.

4.Work with dining services and the Hopkins Dining dietitian before the semester to ensure you feel comfortable navigating the dining operations.

5.Communicate with dining services at the time of order to ensure proper management of dietary concerns.

6.Continue to connect with the Hopkins Dining dietitian for further support as needed.
