As a community leader within Indy Women in Tech (IWIT), Ariel Crawley is dedicated to supporting women from diverse backgrounds in their pursuit of tech careers. While IWIT’s mission includes helping all women, Ariel’s leadership has been particularly impactful for Black women in the Indianapolis area, providing mentorship and resources to help them break into tech. Ariel’s efforts are crucial in diversifying Indiana’s tech industry by empowering women with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Angel Suttle: Empowering Black girls in STEM

Angel Suttle, Founder of Black Girls with Teslas, is empowering young Black girls to pursue careers in STEM.
