Our Goldfields Community Alcohol and Other Drug Service (GCADS) provides a comprehensive range of alcohol and other drug services to help individuals and families get their lives back on track.

GCADS is managed and delivered by Hope Community Services. Our team is dedicated to delivering culturally-safe and evidencebased programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.

We operate throughout the Goldfields. You can find our off ices in Kalgoorlie, Esperance and Leonora. We also run outreach services to the region’s smaller communities. and Leonora. We also run outreach services

We create safe spaces for positive change.

Our services are FREE.

Our services are confidential.

Our services are available to adults and young people over the age of 12.

We provide the following alcohol and other drug services:

Assessment and referrals to additional support services

Individual counselling Group programs

Case management and support

Community Pharmacotherapy Opioid Program (CPOP)

Court diversion and fine payment programs (eligibility determined by courts)

Support for families and loved ones

Prevention programs for the wider Goldfields community.

Additionally, we run Hope Springs Therapeutic Community, a long-term residential rehabilitation facility located just outside of Geraldton, in WA’s Midwest.

It is open to everyone – and you can self-refer to this service as well.

We exist to bring HOPE to people and communities facing life’s toughest challenges.

Our programs and services are designed to help individuals, families and communities to break free from negative cycles and take back control of their lives.

We will walk with you, wherever the journey takes us, for however long you need us.
