With fall on the horizon, the holiday season is nearly upon us. Starting with Halloween and running through New Year’s Day, there are so many occasions to celebrate. hoopla is the perfect way to set the mood, whether patrons are hitting the road or staying close to home.

With more than 950,000 titles in music, audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, and television, all available with no holds and no waiting, hoopla ensures that your digital shelves are always full—during the holidays or anytime.

COVID-19 has made much of 2020 a challenge, and we have been so inspired by the ways you have risen to that challenge and found new and innovative ways to serve your communities. In March, you helped us introduce our hoopla Bonus Borrows, which resulted in more than 1.2 million circulations at no cost to Libraries and requiring zero borrows for Patrons. We are excited to announce that hoopla Bonus Borrows are coming back once per quarter, starting this November!

In this same spirit of innovation, we are also thrilled to launch the beta experience for the next generation of hoopla this fall. This groundbreaking advancement will allow libraries the option to transfer their existing one-user, one-copy digital titles to hoopla and leverage a brand new set of tools to manage their digital collections while providing an enhanced experience to their patrons.

We put together this Holiday Look Book to highlight all the great content available to patrons for the fall and winter season, with emphasis on the holidays happening during that time. Don’t forget, materials are always available on our Resource Center (resources.hoopladigital.com) to help you let your patrons know about your hoopla collection—including assets that can be printed and easily distributed with curbside pickup materials.
