A Midhurst Palliative Care memory leaf is a wonderful way to create a lasting tribute while supporting your local, specialist palliative care service.
Each beautifully-designed leaf is hand-made in solid copper by award-winning local craftsman, Mehrdad Tarfreshi of Quist Ltd in Haslemere. Your own leaf is individually engraved with your chosen dedication as a very personal way to remember someone you love.

unique tribute
Our solid copper, Japanese maple-style, Memory Tree and water fountain sits in a peaceful corner of our remembrance garden at Midhurst Community Hospital.
Elegant planting is interspersed with comfortable benches and the gentle sounds of the fountain and birdsong accompany your thoughts on every visit. It’s a wonderful spot to sit and remember.
The garden is open every day:
• 7am - 7pm in the summer
• 7am - 5pm in the winter.
The tree is overwhelmingly beautiful and with my leaf I find it comforting to have a connection back to the service I’m so grateful to.
The garden is a very special place. I now have somewhere to go to remember my wife.
