Time sure does fly; it is already sale time again. So humbled and grateful by last year’s success, just want to thank everyone first and foremost! Our first sale is behind us now so it’s full steam ahead. Last year was a great offering but I think this year has them beat! Better bulls, donor prospects, bred heifers, and of course high quality, gentle, ranch and rope horses.
The cattle business just keeps getting better. We all are finally getting the prices we deserve and work so hard for. High end genetics are really paying off with the market being so focused on good
quality meat with the kill data backing it, the results are real! This industry is so strong with its future being so bright I am very excited to see where it takes us.
Our program is driven by progressive genetics developed the right way for the commercial cattleman. Calves are raised in the same hills our commercial cattle are ran in, making it as realistic as possible. We want our bulls to perform at a high level for you covering the country and getting to each cow. Our donor pen is stronger than ever and getting better each year.

GUARANTEE
All bulls have been semen tested, trich tested, and passed a breeding soundness exam. Each bull will be guaranteed a fertile and sound breeder for the first breeding season. Credit or a bull of similar value (if available) will be given minus salvage value of injured bull. Any bull issues must be reported to Rhoades Ranches as soon as possible in order to receive compensation. This is not an insurance policy and we do not cover neglect, or mismanagement.

Mortality Insurance can be purchased on sale day.
TERMS AND PAYMENT
Registration papers will be transferred after payment. Bulls will not be delivered until payment has been made unless other arrangements have been made with Justin Rhoades.
LIABILITY
Any person attending the sale will do so at their own risk. Rhoades Ranches and sale staff will not be liable for any accidents.
RHOADES RANCH BULL PROGRAM
The bulls are raised in the same environment as the commercial females they are going to breed. The bulls are developed in tough country not making their life easy and getting their feet hard. These bulls do go backwards going through this 6 month program but I believe it gives them a foundation for their future. Bulls are weaned and put in big mountain pastures and rotated with horses and dogs getting them used to being handled and learn to move around in bigger country. They get rotated over 8 different large pastures learning how to become a bull. It’s not perfect every time but I feel it is the most realistic way to give these bulls their highest level of success. After the 6 month program they go on feed in Tulare, CA at Guess Cattle Co. where they are further developed and conditioned in the heat and put on a grain ration. Bulls will come home 7-10 days prior to sale day.
