Saturday, September 6th is the big day and I would like to extend a special invitation to you all with interest in our program! We are so grateful from last year’s success! I just want to thank everyone who contributed, big or small, it all helps, thank you!
The cattle industry is on fire! There has never been a better time to be in the cattle business than now. We continue to see all time record highs for cattle across the nation at every level and there is no signs of it slowing down anytime soon. The industry is now where we have all needed it to be and it’s great to see everyone’s success. The demand for high end cattle continues to grow with everyone’s success in market value. I am truly blessed to be in this great industry.
This offering is stacked by the best we have with our top donor prospects, high end bulls, ranch horses, and cattle dogs. There’s something for everyone and we stand behind them all. We strive to improve each year and we feel we truly did this year, we can’t be more pleased.
Our bulls are developed the same way every year exposing them to the same environment they are preparing to enter. We want them to perform at their highest level and come back the following year to do it again. Our donor prospects are the best we have made, with 5004 topping it off and potentially being the best female I’ve ever raised! She is a special female with program changing potential.
Please reach out with any questions that might help along the way. This is a long term program, we are not going anywhere so we will go to bat for you with what ever you might need. Thank you for considering Rhoades Ranch for your high end genetics!
Sincerely,
Justin Rhoades

RHOADES RANCH BULL PROGRAM
The bulls are raised in the same environment as the commercial females they are going to breed. The bulls are developed in tough country not making their life easy and getting their feet hard. These bulls do go backwards going through this 6 month program but I believe it gives them a foundation for their future. Bulls are weaned and put in big mountain pastures and rotated with horses and dogs getting them used to being handled and learn to move around in bigger country. They get rotated over 8 different large pastures learning how to become a bull. It’s not perfect every time but I feel it is the most realistic way to give these bulls their highest level of success. After the 6 month program they go on feed in Tulare, CA at Guess Cattle Co. where they are further developed and conditioned in the heat and put on a grain ration. Bulls will come home 7-10 days prior to sale day.
