SALE TERMS
• A binding purchase agreement is created for the selling price at the closure of the lot per public auction guidelines.
• If there are any special terms or credits, please discuss with CK6 or the owners prior to sale.
• Payment will be made on sale day or within 30 days unless any other arrangements have been made with CK6 or the owners.
• All announcements made on sale day take precedent over any published information about the offering.
• The delivery and care of purchased lots will be the obligation of the buyer unless arrangements or announcements have been stated or published. The animal, embryo, or semen is your property after the item is sold.
• Shipment of embryo or semen purchases are also the responsibility of the purchaser unless published or announced.
• Internet buyers will be invoiced from the owner or CK6, not from the broadcast company.
• Neglect, misuse, or malnutrition will not be credited.
All embryos in sets of 4 guarantee 2 pregnancies. All embryos in sets of 3 guarantee 1 pregnancy. All flushes with a minimum of six embryos will guarantee at least two pregnancies.
