On behalf of all of us here at BoPat Farms we welcome you to our 31st Annual “Bulls & More” Sale here in Bradford, TN. We hope your new year is off to a prosperous and hopefully profitable start. We’re continuing to live in some of the greatest times ever for the U.S. cattleman. Input costs continue to force us to keep our pencils sharp, but many of us are still selling cattle for prices we could have only dreamt of.

Whew, this weather. What a mess it was here for a couple of weeks. Snow, sleet, ice, and now mud. It’s made the first part of spring calving difficult. It’s made prepping for a sale difficult. However, we only caught a small portion of what that winter storm brought compared to our neighbors to the south. From weeks without power and water, to down barns and trees. We continue to send our thoughts and prayers to those who were far less fortunate than us. Cattle producers are wired with perseverance, and when things get rough, we tighten up the chinch and continue forward to ensure the stock that we have been entrusted with continue to be tended too.

We’d like to introduce a new consignor to this years offering. North 36 Farms, owned by Chris Rudd and managed by Shawn Grey, has brought a high-quality set of Angus bulls. Chris and Shawn have been diligent in their genetic selection over the past years to ensure that they create a product that will fit the environment of the southeastern producer. We are thankful of their partnership with BoPat Farms.

As always, this lineup is deep with quality. We know these aged bulls will be in great working rig to go right to work. The female portion of the offering is stout. We’re calving now and can say that there will be some neat pairs sired by some of the hottest and freshest Angus bulls in the country. Again, there will be a solid set of fall bred cows, and a small group of fall pairs.

We hope you all will take the time to study this offering. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have about the offering. We’re determined to continue to make and offer cattle built for the real world. We often say that if you like them at BoPat, then just wait till you get them home!

All bulls selling have been fertility tested, trich tested, tested BVDPI Negative, and vaccinated. All bulls will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate shipment.

BoPat Farms will retain 1/3 semen revenue – sharing semen interest in all bulls selling. The buyer has full possession and 100% of the salvage value of the bull. In the event that BoPat Farms should want semen on any bull selling in the sale, semen for our use would be collected in the off-breeding season at your convenience and at our expense.

We take advantage of this time to be available to visit with our customers, see your operation, understand your program, and learn how BoPat Farms can assist in achieving your goals. Settlement is expected sale day unless prior arrangements are made. All cattle sell under the terms and conditions recommended by the American Angus Association.

BULLS : All bulls selling are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. In the event of an injury please notify as soon as possible, and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. A credit for the amount of the purchase price minus the salvage value will be given for use in the following years bull sale. Credit expires 1 year after receiving it. This guarantee does not include death loss. Mortality is available sale day.

FEMALES : Females selling have been pregnancy checked by a licensed Veterinarian and called pregnant to a date range to the best of their ability. Mistakes happen, and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible in the event of an error. A sale day update sheet takes precedence over information printed in the catalog.

All bulls that qualify for the TAEP maximum cost share reimbursement will be marked on the sale day supplement sheet.

As a buyer, you do not need an account or to login to watch the sale but you must have a validated account to bid.

After you are logged in, you must proceed to the sale page for any and every auction.

• Get Buyer Number. Some auctions require a pass-code to obtain a buyer number even after you are approved by CCI.live. Pass codes generally come from the sale manager or ranch for that particular sale. CCI.live will operate with ease on a cellular device, laptop, desktop or tablet.

• A modern or current browser is important and will make your experience better. You do not need to install the app on cellular devices to watch a sale.
