In the words of geographer Robert Sack, the human of today is a “geographical leviathan” —a reflexive being who transforms the world and is ittself transformed in turn. As spatial actors, humans have long been agents of environmental change, in the last centuries though, this change has accelerated precipitously.

Today we live in an epoch shaped by extensive shifts in industrialization, with environmental risks and threats are serious, we remain little mobilized---in part because of the “abysmal distance between our little selfish human worries and the great questions of ecology.”

My project aims to use the visualize work to show the status of enviorment with human.

People will explore and investigate in this glacier world. However, it can be noticed that with the people exploration of space, the environment was being destroyed.

This building located far from Glasgow city center.

The surrounding are feeling quite and nature. Therefore I think it is a good place to design which is suitable for my concept.

he story background showed as the illustrations.

Perhaps in the future, a meteorite suddenly drop from the sky. And it exploded when it touch the ground. A new world created in this salt dome area.

The blue meteorite exploded as if it had swallowed all the volcanic salt used to protect against snow storms in winter, turning the salt dome into a world of ice and snow.

Despite the loss of a place to preserve volcanic salt, scientists found the ice and snow geology similar to Antarctica’s.

However, temperatures here are causing the glacial world to melt fast, so that the salt dome was temporarity converted into a research institute for scientist o experiment with explore resources.

he building is a dome shape with corrosion resistant material. It has a stable structure, its internal temperature can be stored for a long time. Original function of this building was to store the rock salt for Glasgow’s winter gritting. The combination of humidity and cold temperatures produced crystals in space similar to those found in polar volcanic caves.

his is a glacier world formed after a meteorite fell from the sky. The new world is beautiful and spectacular and has geological resources like Antarctica. So, there is no doubt that scientists would not missing out the chance to explore in this area. Scientists rebuild the salt dome to hold the temperature for delay the speed of ice and snow’s melting. They create a temporary laboratory for analyzing minerals.

The snow and ice are the host in this project. My project aims to use the visualize work to show 10

This I used my illustrations of glacier world to automatically generate 3D landscape patterns of the interior by grasshopper rhino modeling software. The central of the interior is scientists’ working area.

I am Dr. Liu, and I have been working on polar research projects for eight years. My latest work was to investigate a polar similarity area which discovered last month on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Today is my sixth day on the work, as usual, I arrived at eleven o 'clock in the morning to conduct an experimental investigation in a temporary research institute that had been converted into a salt dome. My company plans to produce a series of health care products through my group department's exploration.

The laboratory are built with the simplest corrosion-resistant plywood and glass, often with ice on the surface. Our department is conducting as many experimental investigations as possible in anticipation of further findings.

And my constant work every day is to record the experimental process and save the experimental products.

We put a lot of dry ice in the pipeline to store some of the glacier water for easy transportation. Resources that had been stored in the pipeline were going to be shipped to the company's in-house research base for us do more research in the future.
