The team works a 4 day work week, Monday thru Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, and on call for emergencies/weather events. The hourly salary is dependent on title level and experience and comes with the Clay County employee benefits package. This includes two defined benefit retirement plans fully funded by the County and a deferred-compensation plan with a match. Also, three medical plans to choose from including two high deductible plans with HSA plans the County deposits into, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and supplemental plans. Full-time employees are also offered life insurance (2X annual salary) paid by the County, paid vacation/sick leave, 14 paid holidays, LTD and tuition reimbursement.
