for Welders. Pay starts out at $16.84 with the completion of a weld test designated by Landmark Manufacturing. Welding includes MIG and robotic welding. You must be able do some heavy lifting while on the job. All welders must be able to take written and verbal instructions every day. Basic knowledge of math, blueprint, and measuring skills are also part of this job. Clear communications with supervisors, quality control employees, and forklift drivers is required. Employees must have good attendance, a positive attitude, and always pay attention to detail.
