About CLEAN….
CLEAN is a small, locally owned business that specializes in working with realtors and their clients to get their homes ready to list or move into. We have worked as a Preferred Vendor with numerous brokers and we service all of DFW and the surrounding areas. We offer three types of services:
• Move In/Move Out cleanings for vacant homes that need to get ready for the new buyers or for the sellers to put on the market.
• Make Ready cleanings for homes that are still occupied , but getting ready to go on the market.
• Maintenance cleanings for listings that have been on the market awhile and need some TLC from open houses, dust, or foot traffic.
Our main goal is to help get YOUR listings ready to sell and YOUR new homeowners into a CLEAN home!
