Here are a few fun facts that perhaps you’ve not given the time to look over: Main stream commercial coffee come from two types of beans: Robusta & Arabica, each has it’s own qualities Arabica is the most popular with 50%-60% less caffeine, fairly expensive to cultivate & far more aromatic. Ethiopia is the origin of both beans. Arabica is however grown in Brazil, Colombia & Mexico. Robusta is the cheaper of the two used in majority of blends & instant coffees, grows commonly in Vietnam, India & Uganda with more caffeine than the Arabica bean. It is a cheaper & easier bean to cultivate & is used in approximately 30% of the world’s coffee production.
Lovers of coffee have lower risk of liver disease and Type II diabetes, coffee consumption increases by 25% when reaching 20 years of age but the age group with the highest consumption is 60+. The various different cups of coffee are named depending on the ingredients that are included. Here are a few different types to name but a few: Ristretto - short shot of espresso. Espresso - strong, thick black coffee, Americano - Espresso diluted with hot water. Long Black - Espresso poured over hot water. Flat white - Espresso with steamed milk only. Macchiato - Espresso with foam. Iced Coffee - coffee chilled with ice cubes.
TOP TIP: Coffee is served best between 49 - 65 degrees Celsius

Well here’s the load down. The ceramic plate has an electromagnetic coil beneath it, when the unit is turned on, the electric current runs through the coil generating a fluctuating magnetic field, but no heat on the burner itself. The magnetic field induces smaller electric currents in the pan’s metal. Iron is a poor electricity conductor so all the small currents run through the iron and the energy is converted to heat. Heat then comes from the pan and not the cooker, this allows more even cooking and less hot spots that cause scorching. Therefore you can only use cookware made from iron and this includes cast-iron cookware - if it can stick to a magnet then you’re good to go!
