Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup cupcake pan or muffin tin with cooking spray. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. TO ADVERTISE CALL 941-923-8617
Stir the ham and cheese into the egg mixture. Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling each cup three quarters full. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the frittatas are fluffy and cooked through. Carefully remove the frittatas from their cups with a spatula. Serve warm and enjoy!

When you walk in the front door you immediately feel as you have just entered a bright, cheerful, whimsical cottage where diners sit on brightly colored antique wooden chairs and the walls are decorated with the work of local artists.
