We work very closely with the service providers at the Senator Philip D. Lewis Center, the sole homeless resource center in Palm Beach County. Our main partners are Adopt-A-Family, Gulfstream Goodwill, County Human Services Outreach Team and The Lord’s Place. By working together, we can ensure unduplicated services and optimized funding to reach as many persons as possible.
