nn Sharf’s real estate days began with a modest goal to cover babysitting expenses for her three young children. Little did she know within her first year and half she’d rank ninth within Mason McDuffie. Twenty-three years later, the Village Associates Realtor has earned an exceptional reputation as a hard working top producer with a warm, down-to-earth personality.

“The reason I’m really good at real estate is because, I love it. When you love what you’re doing it just doesn’t feel like a job,” says Ann. “I was really lucky to find it and have such great business for so many years.”

Her round the clock communication and relentless dedication not only keeps her clients happy, but stress-free. For Ann, it’s all about putting the hours in, a mantra that’s kept her ahead of the game for over two decades.

Her eldest, Michael, recently completed his MBA from Stanford and owns his own company, Bridge Athletic. Jackson is currently attending coding school, and Maxine works at Square.

or Stu, her husband of 30 years, Ann stays balanced with pilates, TRX, and walking. She also plays for the SODA Moms Water Polo Team, which ranked second in the nation at this year’s Masters National Championship.
