Perfectly positioned in Naples’ prestigious Park Shore neighborhood, this sophisticated two-story estate sets a new benchmark for waterfront luxury living. Conceived and executed by three of the area’s most respected design talents, the 7,115-square-foot residence sold for $14.5 million in April 2026, underscoring its status in Naples’ elite market. The architectural vision by Falconer Jones is meticulously realized by Matt Knauf, Principal of Knauf-Koenig Group, whose two decades in Naples’ luxury residential market are evident in every refined detail. Interior design duo Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen of Clive Daniel Home curated a complete environment, directing everything from wall and ceiling treatments to exterior finishes, lighting, window treatments, and the custom-selected artwork and accessories. u

Front Elevation: This two-story waterfront estate makes a striking street presence with crisp white stucco façades, a charcoal flat-tile roof, and a timeless columned entry. Andersen Windows & Doors, sourced by Florida Wood Window and Door, introduce sleek dark-framed glazing that enhances the home’s balanced symmetry, clean contemporary lines, and natural-lightfilled interiors. Stone and marble cladding lend architectural richness, while a wide paver motor court from Allied Paver Systems leads to the oversized three-car garage. A custom paneled front door, stained in rich gray walnut and framed in modern layered trim, anchors the composition, while eaves and soffits in Sherwin-Williams’ Secret Cove complete the tailored exterior palette.

Each space was composed to balance sophistication with everyday livability while blurring the boundaries between indoors and out. Throughout the home, custom wood ceiling beams with integrated LED illumination create a dramatic signature detail that unifies the interiors and heightens the architectural experience. The great room is thoughtfully arranged into defined seating groupings that transition effortlessly into the formal dining room, creating an ideal setting for elegant entertaining. Just beyond, the more relaxed gathering room offers a bar niche and intimate seating areas that connect to the chef’s kitchen — a pristine white culinary space anchored by an expansive island and a suite of professional-grade appliances from Ferguson Home. u

Chef’s Kitchen: The immaculate chef’s kitchen serves as the visual and functional centerpiece of the gathering space, designed for effortless daily use and large-scale entertaining. A waterfall-edge quartzite island anchors the room, surrounded by plush seating and state-of-the-art appliances from Ferguson Home. A bar niche with iridescent pendants adds contemporary sparkle, while exposed beams with ambient lighting, white oak flooring, and floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry in crisp white provide warmth, light, and abundant storage.

Great Room: Beyond the foyer, generous seating and a formal dining area create an inviting setting for conversation and entertaining. The home’s signature ceiling treatment — floating wood beams with faceted profiles and integrated LED lighting — makes its debut here before continuing throughout the main level. A sculptural circular LED fixture hovers beneath the beams, while layered textures, curated accessories and refined upholstery lend depth and polish. Formal Dining Room (Opposite): A substantial dark-wood dining table and tailored blue-gray velvet chairs establish an intimate, elegant setting for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling custom shelving, illuminated in a warm glow and backed in natural wood, displays curated objects and provides a dramatic focal point. Overhead, a sculptural LED fixture floats beneath richly stained ceiling beams, while faceted door surrounds repeat an architectural motif carried throughout the residence. Thoughtfully proportioned and warmly layered, the room creates a refined transition between the foyer and main living areas.

The residence features five ensuite bedrooms, two powder rooms, a loft, an executive office, dual laundry rooms, two bars, a private elevator, and a three-car garage, complemented by expansive walk-in closets with custom built-ins throughout. The main-level primary suite functions as a secluded sanctuary, where custom wall cladding adds layered texture and warmth. Its spa-inspired bath showcases exquisite stone and tilework, multiple showerheads, and tailored cabinetry — each detail reflecting a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and understated elegance. Outdoor living is the home’s crowning feature, transforming the waterfront setting into a private resort. A dramatic pool and spa are framed by covered lanais, open-air gathering spaces, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, extending the home’s livability and creating a year-round retreat. Thoughtful hardscape design, including sculptural, tiered stepping stones, gently leads toward the water, enhancing the connection to the bay. u

Gathering Room: Two casual seating areas beside the chef’s kitchen create a relaxed hub for everyday living. Plush ivory lounge chairs surround a sculptural black coffee table, while softly lit ceiling beams, tailored drapery, and a neutral palette lend the room warmth, rhythm, and refined comfort.

Having collaborated on numerous custom estates, Knauf and the Clive Daniel Home team have developed an intuitive working dynamic that allows each discipline to amplify the others’ strengths. “This home is a perfect example of how collaboration between local design professionals can result in a residence that exemplifies Naples’ world-class luxury market,” notes Errett-Pikosky. Knauf adds, “We’ve combined architectural innovation with superior craftsmanship, designing every detail — inside and out — with precision and refined sophistication to create truly immersive living spaces.” n

Executive Office: Rich textures and contrasting tones give the executive office a bold, composed presence. Main-Level Primary Suite: Dramatic contrast, layered texture, and panoramic water views define this restful retreat. Dark linear wall detailing wraps the upper walls and extends into a sculptural coffered ceiling, where a statement chandelier adds tailored drama. A softly upholstered bed, deep blue velvet lounge chairs, and textured drapery create an intimate seating arrangement, while a custom media wall with dimensional cladding adds warmth and architectural depth. Expansive walk-in closets with tailored built-ins complete the suite, balancing comfort, function, and refined craftsmanship.

Outdoor Living & Rear Elevation: Designed for Naples waterfront living, the rear elevation opens to a layered outdoor environment centered on a pool and spa with a sun shelf. Covered lanais, generous lounge and dining areas, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen — with appliances from Ferguson Home and tile and stone from Design Works — extend the home’s entertaining spaces outdoors. Castle Services of Southwest Florida designed and installed four motorized hurricane shutters and four motorized insect screens, integrating comfort and storm protection seamlessly into the architecture. Sculptural, tiered stepping stones lead toward the water, while discreet detailing conceals exterior storage beside the outdoor fireplace.
