Ordering

To place an order, email info@holyomedesignco.com with item codes and quantities, or visit us on Faire at holyomedesignco.faire.com

Turnaround Time

All orders are fulfilled within 8-10 days. Should you need your order sooner, please reach out and we will do our best to accomodate!

Packaging

Products must be sold in their original packaging.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Niagara, Canada via the most economical option, unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Holyome Design Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. All shipping options include tracking and insurance.

Payment

Holyome Design Co. accepts payment via credit card. All orders will be charged at the time of shipping. Orders placed on Faire will be charged using their platform. A 2% fee will be applied per month on overdue invoices.

Returns

We do not accept returns, except for items damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to advise of any issues and we will replace at no charge. If purchasing through Faire, please review their return and exchange policy as it may differ.

If any of your items are out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order and again when it’s back in stock. You will not be invoiced for items until they are back in stock.
