World Youth Day is a meeting of young people from all over the world with the Pope, an evangelization of the youth worldwide to take part in a festive encounter centered on Jesus. It is an opportunity for the youth, together with their peers, to deepen their faith, and through prayer and the sacraments grow closer to Christ.
This year World Youth Day will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from July 28th, to August 7th, 2023, under the theme “Mary Got Up And Went In Haste”
