ITINERARY

FRIDAY

Late afternoon departure travelling to The Heathrow Marriott Hotel. Here we have the ideal location and Facilities for our exceptional weekend.

SATURDAY

A Super Marriott Buffet Breakfast starts your day before we set off into the Beautiful Kent Countryside to arrive at Hever Castle. This 13th Century Castle was once the Childhood Home of Anne Boleyn and is set in magnificent Gardens. You can explore both the romantic Castle and 125 acres of glorious grounds.

Some dates have special events like April Tulip Celebrations and the May Spring Fair.

We then re-join the Coach and travel to the South Coast and the bustling resort of Brighton. As one of the original Seaside Resorts, Brighton has evolved from the past and has now become a Top British Tourist Destination.

With new attractions like The British Airways i360 Observation Platform, ‘The Lanes’, Former Fishermen Cottages, The Royal Pavilion, the Traditional Brighton Pier, the Marina, Sea Life Centre and a full range of Shops, Cafes and Restaurants – There is so much to see and explore here.

We return to the Marriott Hotel where tonight you can enjoy Dinner at leisure in the Restaurant.

SUNDAY

A cooked Sunday Breakfast and then we depart to Brooklands Museum for even more nostalgia and modern History. Award Winning Brooklands is a surprising place – An original Racing Track and the birthplace of Concorde – The World’s Finest Supersonic Passenger Aircraft with one on display. Here we find Museums of Racing Cars, Aircraft and London Transport, together with many fascinating items of yesteryear – A terrific visit for everyone.

We depart back to the Midlands at around 2pm.

FRIDAY

Late Afternoon departure we travel to the Heathrow Marriott Hotel.

Settle in and relax in the Lounge or in your bedroom.

SATURDAY

Enjoy a full Buffet Breakfast before we travel to the City of London and include admission to Churchill War Rooms.

We are then joined by an expert guide for a Tour of War Time London.

A fascinating and historical view of our Capital from this World changing time.

We return to our Hotel where Dinner is included.

SUNDAY

A traditional Sunday Breakfast and then we depart to see more war time history at Bletchley Park. Bletchley Park is home of the codebreakers!

Step back in time to World War II arriving at this unique secret location.

Here enigma messages sent by the Germans were decrypted and translated for vital intelligence.

We depart in the afternoon for our return journey to the West Midlands.
